Cancellation Policy
To provide the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, or appointments that must be rescheduled due to arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking future appointments.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments or may limit future booking privileges.
